Bezug: Resolutionen der 1. Vertragsstaatenkonferenz des Bonner Übereinkommens von 1985 in Bonn Inhalt: Ratifizierung des am 31. März 1992 in New York gezeichneten Regionalabkommens zum Bonner Übereinkommen zur Erhaltung der wandernden wildlebenden Tierarten: Verpflichtung der Vertragsstaaten, zum Schutz der Kleinwale in Nord- und Ostsee Maßnahmen gegen die Freisetzung von Schadstoffen in die Meere zu treffen, Änderung der Fischfangmethoden hinsichtlich der Problematik von Beifängen, gemeinsame Erforschung der Walpopulationen sowie Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.
