Bezug: Der Gesetzentwurf ist textidentisch mit der Regierungsvorlage O01; in der 2. und 3. Beratung zusammengeführt mit der Regierungsvorlage O01 (BT-Drs 12/730) Europäische Impulse: Urteil des Europäischen Gerichtshofs vom 13. November 1990 zur Ausbildungsförderung im Heimatland Inhalt: Änderung der §§ 5, 24, 26, 28 und 40 Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz: Anpassung von Regelungen zur Einkommens- und Vermögensanrechnung an die Verhältnisse in den neuen Bundesländern, Förderung von nach EG-Recht bevorzugten ausländischen Auszubildenden auch bei einer Ausbildung in ihrem Heimatland. Es entstehen Kosten in Höhe von 8 Mio DM im Jahre 1991 und von jeweils 24 Mio DM in den Folgejahren, die zu 65 v.H. vom Bund getragen werden. Nebenschlagwörter: Neue Bundesländer/Einkommens- und Vermögensanrechnung gem. BAföG * Ausländischer Student/BAföG bei Ausbildung im Heimatland
