<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch B09, B10 und B104 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ermächtigung des Bundesbeauftragten für die Stasi-Unterlagen der ehemaligen DDR zur Verwendung bestimmter Informationen aus dem Zentralen Einwohnerregister der ehemaligen DDR (ZER) sowie zur Übermittlung dieser Informationen an die Zentrale Polizeiliche Ermittlungsstelle für die Strafverfolgung von Mitgliedern ehemaliger SED-geführter DDR-Regierungen und Verfolgung von Straftaten in Zusammenhang mit der Wiedervereinigung (ZERV), zeitliche Begrenzung dieser Regelung bis zum 31.12.1996; Änderung § 2 Stasi-Unterlagen- Gesetz. Dem Bund entstehen keine wesentlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Bundesbeauftragter für die Unterlagen des Staatssicherheitsdienstes/ Erweiterung der Befugnisse des Bundesbeauftragten betr.
