Deutschlandradio (Überleitungsstaatsvertrag) (Art. 1 der Vorlage); Art. 2 des Übereinkommens zur Regelung bestimmter Fragen in Bezug auf Berlin vom 25. September 1990 Siehe auch B96 Inhalt: Überleitung des Deutschlandfunks und des RIAS Berlin auf die Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts "Deutschlandradio" in der Zuständigkeit der Bundesländer; Änderung versch. §§ Gesetz über die Errichtung von Rundfunkanstalten des Bundesrechts sowie Aufhebung des RIAS-Berlin-Statuts.
