<b>Inhalt:</b> Ausbau des letzten Wohnhauses von Theodor Heuss in Stuttgart zu einer Gedenkstätte, die an Leben und Werk des ersten Bundespräsidenten erinnern soll; Errichtung einer rechtsfähigen Stiftung des öffentlichen Rechts unter dem Namen "Stiftung Bundespräsident-Theodor-Heuss-Haus": Stiftungszweck, Stiftungsvermögen, Organe der Stiftung und deren Aufgaben etc. Für Erwerb, Umbau und lfd.
