Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> Beschluß des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 23.9.1992 (1 BvL 15/85, 1 BvL 36/87) zum Höchstpachtzins für Kleingärten Siehe auch C159 und I18 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Anhebung des Höchstpachtzinses auf den vierfachen Betrag des ortsüblichen Pachtzinses im erwerbsmäßigen Obst- und Gemüseanbau, Abwälzung öffentlicher Lasten vom Verpächter auf den Pächter, Beschränkung der Pachtzinsanhebung auf Pachtverhältnisse mit privaten Pächtern, stufenweise Einführung der Höchstpachtzinsregelung in den neuen Bundesländern, Berücksichtigung der Belange des Umweltschutzes; Änderung der §§ 3, 5 und 20 des Bundeskleingartengesetzes und des § 135 Baugesetzbuch. Bund und Länder werden nicht mit Kosten belastet.
