Bezug: § 19 Bundeswahlgesetz, § 45 Strafgesetzbuch Inhalt: Änderung § 69 Bundeszentralregistergesetz: Aktualisierung der Melderegister der neuen Bundesländer betr. Wahlrechtsausschlüsse aufgrund strafgerichtlicher Verurteilungen, Erteilung von Behördenführungszeugnissen über die im jeweiligen Bundesland potentiell Wahlberechtigten, Datenschutzregelung. Es entstehen nicht quantifizierbare Mehrkosten durch zu erwartende Führungszeugnisanträge. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Beschränkung der Auskünfte an Meldebehörden auf Eintragungen, aus denen sich der Ausschluß vom aktiven Wahlrecht ergibt, Feststellung eines Ausschlusses vom passiven Wahlrecht durch allgemeine Behördenführungszeugnisse gegenüber dem Innenministerium; Anfügung eines § 70 Bundeszentralregistergesetz.
