<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Maastrichter Vertrag (Art. 109e) siehe XA13 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Anpassung des Bundesbankgesetzes an die Bestimmungen des Maastrichter Vertrages für den Eintritt in die zweite Stufe der Europäischen Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion am 1.1.1994, Entbindung der Bundesbank von bestimmten, für die Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben nicht mehr notwendiger Funktionen im Rahmen der öffentlichen Haushalte und der Kreditwirtschaft: Aufhebung der Ermächtigung der Bundesbank zur Gewährung von Kassenkrediten an öffentliche Haushalte, Aufhebung der Verpflichtung öffentlicher Haushalte zur Einlage ihrer flüssigen Mittel bei der Bundesbank; Aufhebung und Änderung verschiedener §§ Bundesbankgesetz als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung der §§ 1 und 7 des Gesetzes über die Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, des § 7 des Gesetzes über die Deutsche Genossenschaftsbank, des § 5 des Gesetzes über die Neuorganisation der Marktordnungsstellen sowie des § 7 des Gesetzes über die Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank betr. Aufhebung der Vertretung der Bundesbank in den Verwaltungsräten dieser Kreditinstitute. Der Wegfall des Kassenkredits führt zwar über eine Reduzierung des Bundesbankgewinns zu gewissen Belastungen des Bundeshaushalts, die aber durch die Aufhebung der Einlagenpflicht weitgehend ausgeglichen werden dürften. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Maastrichter Vertrag/Anpassung des Bundesbankgesetzes an den Maastrichter Vertrag * Europäische Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion/ Anpassung des Bundesbankgesetzes an die 2.
