WP XR04, Abschlußband S. 780) Siehe auch C04, C05, C16, D21, E06, E16 und E17 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Bewältigung der verbliebenen Treuhandaufgaben nach Erfüllung des Privatisierungsauftrags Ende 1994, Auslaufen der Defizitfinanzierung durch Kreditaufnahme, Anpassung der Organisations- und Finanzierungsstruktur der Treuhandanstalt: Übernahme der Beteiligungsbetreuung der Management KG'en sowie der ggf. verbleibenden sanierungsfähigen Großunternehmen durch den Bund, Wahrnehmung wichtiger Aufgabenbereiche im Wege der Geschäftsbesorgung für die Treuhandanstalt - soweit möglich und zweckmäßig - durch Private, Verbleib der Steuerung und Überwachung der Geschäftsbesorgungs- und Abwicklungsunternehmen, der zentralen Verantwortlichkeit für die Finanzierung sowie der Wahrnehmung hoheitlicher Aufgaben bei der Treuhandanstalt; Änderung zahlreicher §§ des Treuhandgesetzes als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Aufhebung der Satzung der Treuhandanstalt (Art. 2), Einfügung eines § 16a Gesetz über die Spaltung der von der Treuhandanstalt verwalteten Unternehmen, Änderung der §§ 36 und 56e D-Markbilanzgesetz, Übergangsvorschriften. Die bis zum 31.12.1994 aufgelaufenen Verbindlichkeiten der Treuhandanstalt von etwa 230 Mrd DM werden vom Erblastentilgungsfonds übernommen. Verpflichtungen aus noch zu erfüllenden Verträgen und notwendige Sanierungshilfen für Unternehmen von netto 45 Mrd DM werden über den Bundeshaushalt finanziert, dessen Belastung aber langfristig im Ergebnis verringert werden dürfte. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Schaffung der Möglichkeit einer Übertragung der Treuhand- Liegenschaftsgesellschaft (TLG) auf den Bund und fakultative Ausgestaltung des Übergangs der Beteiligung für alle Aufgabenübertragungen. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Regelung der künftigen Mitwirkungsrechte der neuen Bundesländer bei den nach 1994 verbleibenden Aufgaben der Treuhandanstalt, Anfügung eines § 6 Zuordnungsergänzungsgesetz betr. Regelung der Kommunalisierungs- bzw. Restitutionsansprüche öffentlich-rechtlicher Körperschaften, besonders der Kommunen, bei abgeschlossenen Privatisierungen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Treuhandgesetz/Änderung zahlreicher §§ TreuhandG betr.
