WP I34, Abschlußband S. 532) <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinien 89/622/EWG und 92/41/EWG über Tabakerzeugnisse, Richtlinien 93/35/EWG und 76/768/EWG über Kosmetische Mittel <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Umsetzung verschiedener EG-Richtlinien in nationales Recht: Ermächtigungen des Bundesministeriums für Gesundheit zum Schutz des Verbrauchers bei Verkehr mit kosmetischen Mitteln, Vorschriften über die Verwendung von Tabakerzeugnissen, Anpassung der Entschädigungsregelungen für Probenahmen bei der amtlichen Lebensmittelüberwachung an das Gemeinschaftsrecht und Einführung einer Entschädigungsregelung für Härtefälle, Straf- oder Bußgeldandrohung bei Verstößen gegen geltendes Gemeinschaftsrecht, gesetzliche Vorschriften zur Lebensmittelüberwachung; Änderung § 2 Gesetz über die Errichtung eines Bundesgesundheitsamtes, § 10 Milch- und Margarinegesetz, § 31 Fleischhygienegesetz und § 43 Geflügelfleischhygienegesetz.
