<b>Bezug:</b> Beschluß des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zu § 1376 BGB vom 16. Oktober 1984 (BVerfGE 67, 348) sowie Beschluß zur Opfergrenze vom 6. Juni 1989 (FamRZ 1989, 939/941) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Neuregelung des Zugewinnausgleichs bei land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Betrieben aufgrund der Vorgaben des Bundesverfassungsgerichts, Änderung der Verweisung auf Landesrecht in einen echten Vorbehalt zugunsten der Länder; Änderung § 1376 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch sowie von Art. 137 Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Änderung § 169 Baugesetzbuch betr.
