Bezug: Übernahme des im Gesetzentwurf der SPD auf BT Drs 12/7570 vorgesehenen Abtretungsverbots mit nunmehr absoluter Unwirksamkeit (s. C190) Siehe auch C37 und D74 Europäische Impulse: Mittelstandsrichtlinie, ECU-Änderungsrichtlinie (ABl Nr. L 317 vom 16. November 1990, S. 57; ABl Nr. L 82 vom 25. März 1994, S. 33) und weitere EG-Richtlinien Inhalt: Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ sowie der Inhaltsübersicht D- Markbilanzgesetz: Fristverlängerung für Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaften und früher volkseigene Wohnungswirtschaftsbetriebe, Regelung über die Auflösung gesperrter Sonderrücklagen, Vermeidung von Doppelzahlungen im Zusammenhang mit der Auflösung von Altlastenrückstellungen in der Folge von Freistellungen von Altlasten, Neuregelung der Altlastenrückstellung für die Unternehmen in den neuen Bundesländern, Regelung der Abführung für Geldinstitute und Außenhandelsbetriebe in einem neuen Unterabschnitt; Neufassungsermächtigung. Das Gesetz bewirkt eine Kostenentlastung bei den öffentlichen Haushalten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Handelsgesetzbuch sowie von § 84 GmbH-Gesetz; Aufnahme von Änderungswünschen des Bundesrats und Anpassung an EG-Richtlinien, Wertberichtigungsregelung für Altkredite, insbesondere Aufbauhypotheken, u.a.m. Nebenschlagwörter: Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft/Verlängerung der Rückbezugsfrist für aus LPGen und volkseigenen Wohnungswirtschaftsbetrieben hervorgegangene Unternehmen * Wohnungsunternehmen/Verlängerung der Rückbezugsfrist für aus LPGen und volkseigenen Wohnungswirtschaftsbetrieben hervorgegangene Unternehmen * Rücklage/Regelung zur Auflösung von Sonderrücklagen gem. D-Markbilanzgesetz * Altlast (Schadstoffbelastung)/Verhinderung einer ungerechtfertigten Inanspruchnahme von Rückstellungen für ökologische Altlasten gem. D-Markbilanzgesetz * Kreditinstitut/ Regelung einer Abführungspflicht der Geldinstitute für wertberichtigte Forderungen gem.
