Dezember 1959 (BGBl II 1978, Nr. 58 S. 1517) Umweltschutzprotokoll-Ausführungsgesetz siehe A08 Inhalt: Ratifizierung des am 4.10.1991 in Madrid von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unterzeichneten Umweltschutzprotokolls zum Antarktis- Vertrag einschließlich des Anhanges und der Anlagen I bis V: Schaffung eines umfassenden Umweltschutzsystems für die Antarktis, materielle Regelungen und Verfahrensbestimmungen für fast alle Tätigkeiten von Menschen in der Antarktis; Anhang zum Protokoll: Schiedsverfahren; Anlagen: Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung, Erhaltung der antarktischen Tier- und Pflanzenwelt, Beseitigung und Behandlung von Abfällen, Verhütung der Meeresverschmutzung, Schutz und Verwaltung von Gebieten.
