L 175 S. 335 ff) Inhalt: Umsetzung der in der EWG-Richtlinie über Säuglingsanfangsnahrung und Folgenahrung enthaltenen Bestimmungen über Einschränkungen der Werbung für diese Erzeugnisse in nationales Recht. Dem Bund entstehen keine Kosten. Den Ländern entstehen keine nennenswerten Mehrkosten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Inhaltliche Präzisierungen zur Werbung für Säuglingsnahrung.
