Summary

Inhalt: Ratifizierung des am 15.4.1994 in Marrakesch unterzeichneten Abkommens, damit Zustimmung zu den Verhandlungsergebnissen der GATT- Uruguay-Runde zur weiteren Liberalisierung des Welthandels und der Dienstleistungen sowie Beitritt der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Welthandelsorganisation; Anpassung von deutschen Rechtsvorschriften: Änderung § 206 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, § 187 Rechtsanwaltsgesetz und Art. 1 § 1 Rechtsberatungsgesetz, Einfügung § 6a betr. Patentdauer in das Erstreckungsgesetz, Änderung § 10 Wirtschaftsprüferordnung, bedingte Anwendung des Abkommens über die Vorrechte und Befreiungen der Sonderorganisationen der Vereinten Nationen vom 21.11.1947 auf die Welthandelsorganisation. Die Beitragszahlungen zur WTO dürften im Vergleich zum GATT etwas höher liegen. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zu dem Abkommen vom 15. April 1994 zur Errichtung der Welthandelsorganisation); Ersatz des § 187 Rechtsanwaltsgesetz durch § 186 RAG, klarstellende Neufassung von Art. 1 § 1 Rechtsberatungsgesetz, Änderung des § 19a Bundesnotarordnung und des § 48 Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung.
