D76 (BT-Drs 12/7686)<br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse:</strong> Umsetzung der Richtlinien 94/4/EG und 94/5/EG vom 14. Februar 1994 (ABl 1994 Nr. L 60/16, 14) sowie der Richtlinie 93/89/EWG vom 25. Oktober 1993 (ABl 1993 Nr. L 279/92)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Einführung einer Differenzbesteuerung für den Handel mit gebrauchten Gegenständen, Kunstgegenständen, Sammlungsstücken und Antiquitäten zur Steuerharmonisierung; Änderung versch. §§ Einkommensteuergesetz und Kraftfahrzeugsteuergesetzes sowie des § 5 Finanzverwaltungsgesetz. Es ergeben sich jährliche Steuermindereinnahmen in Höhe von mindestens 100 Mio DM.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Zusammengeführt mit der BT-Initiative auf BT-Drs 12/7686 (s. GESTA D76); Wiedereinführung des ermäßigten Steuersatzes für Filme, die weder pornographisch noch gewaltverherrlichend sind.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Steuerharmonisierung/Differenzbesteuerung bei Gebrauchtwaren * Rechtsangleichung in den EG/Differenzbesteuerung bei Gebrauchtwaren
