Inhalt: Ratifizierung des am 16.5.1994 in Bonn von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unterzeichneten Abkommens: Anpassung des Unterzeichnungsprotokolls zu Art. 56 Abs. 9 zum Zusatzabkommen zum NATO-Truppenstatut an die gegenwärtige Rechtslage, damit Beendigung der Amtsperiode der Betriebsräte der örtlichen Arbeitnehmer bei den Streitkräften der Entsendestaaten erst im Frühjahr 1996. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten.
