Bezug: Verordnung der DDR über die Gewährung von Vorruhestandsgeld vom 8.2.1990, GBl I Nr. 7 S. 42; Anl II Kap VIII Sachgebiet E Abschnitt III Nr. 5 des Einigungsvertrages, BGBl II 1990, Nr. 35, S. 885 (s. GESTA 11. WP XR04, Abschlußband S. 780) Inhalt: Änderung § 2 der Verordnung über die Gewährung von Vorruhestandsgeld: Enden des Bezugs von Vorruhestandsgeld mit dem Erreichen des früheren DDR-Rentenalters (60. Lebensjahr bei Frauen, 65. Lebensjahr bei Männern) zur Herstellung einer einheitlichen Rechtslage. Für den Bund ergeben sich Einsparungen in Höhe von mindestens 1 Mrd DM.
