<b>Bezug:</b> Ergänzende Regelungen zum 2. Gesetz zur Änderung des Bundesnaturschutzgesetzes (s. N17) Siehe auch N007, N011 und N020 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Bundesnaturschutzgesetz: Ausgleich finanzieller Belastungen der Land- und Forstwirtschaft durch Naturschutzauflagen, gesetzliche Grundlage für vertragliche Naturschutzvereinbarungen, Betonung der Rolle der Landwirtschaft bei der Landschaftspflege, gute fachliche Praxis kein Eingriff in die Natur, Einführung einer neuen Schutzkategorie "Biosphärenreservat"; Neufassungsermächtigung. Dem Bund entstehen keine Kosten. Den Ländern entstehen jährliche Ausgaben zwischen 3 und 24 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Ablehnung des Gesetzesbeschlusses. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Landwirtschaftliches Einkommen/Ausgleich finanzieller Belastungen durch Naturschutzauflagen, Vertragsnaturschutz * Naturschutz/ Ausgleich finanzieller Belastungen durch Naturschutzauflagen, Vertragsnaturschutz * Biosphärenreservat/Biosphärenreservat als neue Naturschutzkategorie
