<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Verordnung (EG) Nr. 820/97 des Rates zur Einführung eines Systems der Kennzeichnung und Registrierung von Rindern (ABl Nr. L 117 S. 1) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Einfügung von Vorschriften betr. die Nutzung der Datenverarbeitung in das Rindfleischetikettierungsgesetz, insbesondere zur Erleichterung der Rückverfolgung der Herkunft des Rindfleisches sowie Einfügung nebenstrafrechtlicher Bestimmungen; Einfügung § 3a sowie Änderung der §§ 8 und 11 Rindfleischetikettierungsgesetz, Änderung § 10 Rindfleischetikettierungsverordnung; Neufassungsermächtigung.
