<b>Bezug:</b> Beschluß des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zur Verbindung von land- und forstwirtschaftlicher Absatzförderung vom 31. Mai 1990 (BVerfGE 82, 159 ff) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Verbesserung der Holzabsatzförderung durch Steigerung des Abgabenaufkommens, Einbeziehung von Betrieben der Holzwirtschaft in die Abgabenpflicht, Anhebung des Abgabensatzes für Rohholz, das für den Einsatz in Säge-, Furnier- und Sperrholzwerken bestimmt ist, auf 8 Promille, effizientere Gestaltung des Fonds, u.a. Änderung der Bezeichnung in Holzabsatzfonds; Änderung versch. §§ Forstabsatzfondsgesetz, u.a. Umbenennung in Gesetz über den Holzabsatzfonds (Holzabsatzfondsgesetz-HAfG); Neufassungsermächtigung.
