<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinie 93/42/EWG über Medizinprodukte; Richtlinie 90/385/EWG des Rates vom 20.6.1990 zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten über implantierbare medizinische Geräte (ABl Nr. L 189 S. 17) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Einräumung einer Abverkaufsfrist für Medizinprodukte über den 14.6.1998 hinaus bis zum 30.6.2001, Konkretisierung der Sicherheitsanforderungen an Medizinprodukte in Anlehnung an EU-Recht, Erlaß von Eilverordnungen zur Umsetzung von EU-Recht zur Abwehr von BSE-Risiken; Änderung versch. §§ Medizinproduktegesetz. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Änderung § 18 Bundessozialhilfegesetz: Förderung der Eingliederung von Sozialhilfeempfängern in den Arbeitsmarkt; Änderung der §§ 18, 240 und 243 5. Buch Sozialgesetzbuch: Klarstellungen zur gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung; Änderung § 68 10. Buch Sozialgesetzbuch: Datenübermittlung von Sozialleistungsträgern an Strafverfolgungsbehörden; Änderung § 2 Arzneimittelgesetz: Regelung zu In-vitro-Diagnostika. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Medizinprodukt/Abverkaufsfrist für Medizinprodukte bis 2001 * Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Rechtsangleichung beim Medizinproduktegesetz * Bundessozialhilfegesetz/Änderung § 18 BSHG betr.
