<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> EG-Richtlinien zur Änderung der EMV-Richtlinie 89/336/EWG <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Neufassung des Gesetzes über die elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit von Geräten, insbesondere zur Umsetzung von Vorgaben der EU, Verordnungsermächtigungen zur Regelung der Anerkennung zuständiger Stellen, der Beleihung benannter Stellen sowie zur Durchführung von Maßnahmen bei erkannten Unverträglichkeiten, redaktionelle Änderungen. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Klarstellung, daß Spezialregelungen für einzelne Bereiche von EMV- Prüfungen unberührt bleiben. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> CE-Kennzeichnung/Gesetz über die elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit von Geräten * Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Umsetzung von Vorgaben der EU betr. elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit von Geräten
