<b>Inhalt:</b> Intensivierung und Straffung der Ausbildung zum Patentanwalt bzw. Patentassessor auf dem Gebiet des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes, Einführung eines ergänzenden Rechtsstudiums neben der Ausbildung bei einem Patentanwalt oder Patentassessor, Durchführung des Studiums an Universitäten mit entsprechendem Studiengang, Kürzung der Ausbildungszeit beim Deutschen Patentamt und beim Bundespatentgericht um insgesamt vier Monate; Änderung, Ergänzung und Streichung versch. §§ Patentanwaltsordnung. Beim Vollzugsaufwand ergeben sich Einsparungen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Neben klarstellenden Änderungen Verschiebung des Inkrafttretens wegen der erforderlichen Änderungen in der Patentanwaltsausbildungs- und -prüfungsverordnung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Berufsausbildung/Straffung der Ausbildung zum Patentanwalt bzw.
