<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch XE004 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ratifizierung des am 18.2.1994 in New York unterzeichneten Übereinkommens, mit dem das Übereinkommen von 1986 abgelöst werden soll; Ziel: Förderung der Weltkakaowirtschaft durch internationale Zusammenarbeit, Stabilisierung des Weltkakaomarkts durch Anpassungen in Produktion und Verbrauch, Unterstützung der Internationalen Kakao- Organisation als Zentrum für die Erfassung, den Austausch sowie die Veröffentlichung statistischer Informationen über die Weltkakaoproduktion, Preise, den Außenhandel und den Verbrauch. Verpflichtung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Leistung eines ihrem Stimmenanteil entsprechenden Jahresbeitrags zum Verwaltungshaushalt der Internationalen Kakao-Organisation; hierzu Einstellung von 294.000 DM im Bundeshaushalt 1995 (Epl 10), Berücksichtigung entsprechender Beträge für die Jahre danach in der mittelfristigen Finanzplanung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Kakao/Internationales Kakao-Übereinkommen von 1993
