Mai 1992 für eine ausgeglichene Verteilung von Bundesbehörden unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der neuen Länder (BT Drs 12/2853(neu)) Siehe auch C046 und N009 Inhalt: Änderung des § 40 Arbeitsgerichtsgesetz: Erfurt als Sitz des Bundesarbeitsgerichts, Festlegung des Zeitpunkts der Verlagerung durch Rechtsverordnung des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Sozialordnung.
