Europäische Impulse: Richtlinie des Rates über mißbräuchliche Klauseln in Verbraucherverträgen (93/13/EWG) vom 5. April 1993 (ABl Nr. L 95/29) Inhalt: Änderung von § 12 sowie Einfügung eines § 24a AGB-Gesetz: Angleichung des deutschen Rechts hinsichtlich vorformulierter Bestimmungen in Verbraucherverträgen an EU-Recht, Anwendung auch bei zur einmaligen Anwendung vorformulierten Vertragsklauseln. Es entstehen keine Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Änderung des AGB- Gesetzes); Änderung des § 108 Insolvenzordnung zugunsten bank- und herstellerunabhängiger Leasingunternehmen.
