Bezug: Vorschläge der Unabhängigen Föderalismuskommission vom 27. Mai 1992 für eine ausgeglichene Verteilung von Bundesbehörden unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der neuen Länder (BT Drs 12/2853(neu)) Siehe auch G030 und N009 Inhalt: Änderung des § 2 Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung: Leipzig als Sitz des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts, Bestimmung des Zeitpunkts der Verlagerung durch Rechtsverordnung des Bundesministeriums der Justiz. Dem Bund entstehen Kosten in Höhe von 216 Mio DM, insbesondere durch den Umbau des Reichsgerichtsgebäudes in Leipzig. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Änderung § 73 Wehrdisziplinarordnung betr. Verlegung der Wehrdienstsenate des Gerichts von München nach Leipzig, Bestimmung des Zeitpunkts der Verlagerung durch Rechtsverordnung.
