Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Fortführung des Mikrozensus über 1995 hinaus bis zum Jahr 2004, Reduzierung der unterschiedlichen Erhebungszeiträume und Auswahlansätze auf jeweils zwei Varianten, Harmonisierung verschiedener Befragungsteile mit dem Erhebungsprogramm der EG- Arbeitskräftestichprobe, Neu- bzw. Wiederaufnahme verschiedener Erhebungsmerkmale wie Fragen zur Wohnsituation, Pflegeversicherung und -bedürftigkeit, Einsatz computergestützter Verfahren bei der Erhebung von Bundesstatistiken.
