<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch G038 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Rahmenrichtlinie Arbeitsschutz (89/391/EWG) und andere EG- Richtlinien <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Umsetzung von EG-Richtlinien zum Arbeitsschutz für alle Tätigkeitsbereiche einschließlich des öffentlichen Dienstes, Anwendung auf Arbeitnehmer mit befristetem Arbeitsverhältnis oder Leiharbeitsverhältnis; Arbeitsschutzgesetz - ArbSchG - als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung versch. §§ Gesetz über Betriebsärzte, Sicherheitsingenieure und andere Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit, des § 81 Betriebsverfassungsgesetz sowie von Art. 1 §§ 11 und 12 Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz. Eventuelle Mehrkosten werden durch ressortinterne Umschichtung und Konzentration von Überwachungsaufgaben abgedeckt. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Einfügung bundeseinheitlicher Vollzugs- und Abgrenzungsvorschriften zu den Befugnissen der Länderbehörden und der Unfallversicherungsträger, Aufhebung verschiedener obsoleter Vorschriften der Gewerbeordnung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Arbeitsschutzgesetz/Arbeitsschutzgesetz als Art.1 Gesetz zur Umsetzung der EG-Rahmenrichtlinie Arbeitsschutz und weiterer Arbeitsschutz-Richtlinien * Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Umsetzung der EG-Rahmenrichtlinie Arbeitsschutz und weiterer Arbeitsschutz- Richtlinien * Betriebsarzt/Änderung versch. §§ Gesetz über Betriebsärzte, Sicherheitsingenieure und andere Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit betr.
