Bezug: Siehe auch XC006 Europäische Impulse: Verordnung des Rates der Europäischen Union über die Gemeinschaftsmarke u.a.m. Inhalt: Anpassung des deutschen Markenrechts an EU-Regelungen, insbesondere an die Einführung der Gemeinschaftsmarke, sowie Ermöglichung der Umwandlung von Gemeinschaftsmarken in nationale Marken; Änderung und Ergänzung des Markengesetzes, u.a. Einfügung eines neuen Abschnitts über Gemeinschaftsmarken (§§ 125a bis 125h), Änderung § 374 Strafprozeßordnung, des Gebührenverzeichnisses zum Patentgebührengesetz sowie des § 111a Urheberrechtsgesetz. Mehrkosten werden weitgehend durch Gebühreneinnahmen ausgeglichen. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Einfügung eines Art. 1a: Änderung des § 95 Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz.
