<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1696/71 des Rates vom 26.7.1971 über die gemeinsame Marktorganisation für Hopfen <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ablösung des Gesetzes über die Herkunftsbezeichnung des Hopfens vom 9.12.1929, Durchführung der Rechtsakte der Europäischen Gemeinschaft über die Zertifizierung, das Bescheinigungsverfahren, die Kontrolle nicht der Zertifizierung unterliegender Erzeugnisse, die Verarbeitung, das Vermischen, die Behandlung und das Inverkehrbringen der gemeinsamen Marktorganisation für Hopfen unterliegender Erzeugnisse, Ermächtigung der Länder zu Rechtsverordnungen zur Durchführung des Gemeinschaftsrechts und zur Aufhebung alter Vorschriften; Außerkrafttreten des Hopfenherkunftsgesetzes sowie der Verordnungen über dessen Inkrafttreten, Fristverlängerung und Durchführung.
