Summary

<b>Bezug:</b> Überprüfung des Ladenschlußgesetzes durch das Ifo-Institut in München Siehe auch G002 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Festlegung der Ladenöffnungszeiten Montag bis Freitag auf die Zeit von 6 bis 20 Uhr, 6 bis 16 Uhr an Sonnabenden, Änderungsmöglichkeiten für die Länder, unveränderte Öffnungszeiten vor Weihnachten, Klarstellung, daß Empfehlungen für Ladenschlußzeiten im Rahmen des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen zulässig sind, Aufhebung der speziellen Arbeitszeitregelungen für Bäckereien; Änderung der §§ 10 und 18 Arbeitszeitgesetz, §§ 1 und 2 VO über den Verkauf bestimmter Waren an Sonn- und Feiertagen, § 3 NE-Ladenschlußzeiten-VO sowie § 13 Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungsordnung. Bund und Ländern entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Festlegung der Ladenöffnungszeiten für die Tage von Montag bis Freitag auf die Zeit von 6 bis 20 Uhr, auf die Zeit von 6 bis 16 Uhr an Sonnabenden, Zulässigkeit der Empfehlung für Ladenschlußzeiten im Rahmen des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen, Aufhebung des Bäckereiarbeitszeitgesetzes, Zulassung des Verkaufs von Bäckerwaren an Sonn- und Feiertagen für jeweils drei Stunden; Aufhebung des Gesetzes zur Einführung eines Dienstleistungsabends. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Bäckerei/Aufhebung spezieller Arbeitszeitregelungen * Arbeitszeitgesetz/Änderung der §§ 10 und 18 ArbZG betr. Ladenschluß * Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung/Änderung § 13 StVZO betr.
