<b>Bezug:</b> Agrarsozialreformgesetz 1995, BGBl I 1994, Nr. 51 S. 1890 (s. GESTA 12.WP 1-G48) Siehe auch G035 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Behebung von Anlaufschwierigkeiten bei der Gewährung des Beitragszuschusses in der Alterssicherung der Landwirte durch Einfügung eines § 107 ALG: Aussetzung der Rechtsfolgen bei nicht rechtzeitiger Vorlage des Einkommensteuerbescheids, Rücknahme und Korrektur von belastenden Verwaltungsakten für eine Übergangszeit bis Ende 1996.
