<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch B001, B024, B032 und B039 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Neuregelungen im Aufenthaltsrecht von in Deutschland lebenden Ausländern: zwingende Ausweisung von Ausländern bei besonders schweren Fällen des Landfriedensbruchs (§ 125a Strafgesetzbuch), eigenständiges Ehegattenaufenthaltsrecht nach Beendigung der ehelichen Lebensgemeinschaft, Regelung der Aufgaben der Ausländerbeauftragten der Bundesregierung, Neuregelung der Folgen einer Asylantragsstellung aus der Abschiebungshaft, von Fragen der zwischenzeitlichen Ausreise eines Asylbewerbers in den Heimatstaat sowie des Verlustes der Rechtsstellung von im Ausland anerkannten Flüchtlingen; Änderung versch. §§ des Ausländergesetzes und des Asylverfahrensgesetzes, Einfügung § 2b in das Gesetz über Maßnahmen für im Rahmen humanitärer Hilfsaktionen aufgenommene Flüchtlinge. Minderausgaben sind nicht bezifferbar. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Änderung straf-, ausländer- und asylverfahrensrechtlicher Vorschriften); Modifizierung des eigenständigen Aufenthaltsrechts eines nachgezogenen ausländischen Ehepartners in Härtefällen, Regelungen für die Aufenthaltsgenehmigung Jugendlicher aus den sog. Anwerbestaaten, die sich vor Inkrafttreten der Visumspflicht- Eilverordnung rechtmäßig im Bundesgebiet aufgehalten haben, für Vertragsarbeiter in der ehemaligen DDR, für das Recht auf Wiederkehr im Erwachsenenalter, den Familiennachzug u.a.m., zwingende Ausweisung von Ausländern bei einer Verurteilung von drei Jahren Mindesteinzelstrafe, bei Verurteilung wegen Landfriedensbruch sowie bei Teilnahme an gewalttätigen verbotenen Demonstrationen, Verzicht auf die Änderung des Strafgesetzbuches (§ 125a), Möglichkeit der erkennungsdienstlichen Behandlung von Kriegs- und Bürgerkriegsflüchtlingen sowie Asylbewerbern, Ausschreibung zur Fahndung bei unbekanntem Aufenthaltsort zur Durchsetzung der Ausreisepflicht. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ausweisung/Verschärfung der Ausweisungstatbestände gem.
