Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Verbesserung der Voraussetzungen für eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Vermögensauseinandersetzung zwischen LPG- Nachfolgeunternehmen und ausgeschiedenen Mitgliedern, Beseitigung von Umsetzungsmängeln: Verlängerung der Verjährungsfrist für alle Abfindungs- und Ausgleichsansprüche von fünf auf zehn Jahre, Einführung eines gerichtlichen Verfahrens zur Bündelung und gemeinsamen Entscheidung aller Streitfragen im Zusammenhang mit der Ermittlung des abfindungsrelevanten Eigenkapitals, Erleichterung der gerichtlichen Abberufung von LPG-Liquidatoren; Änderung der §§ 3b, 42, 64, 64b und 65 Landwirtschaftsanpassungsgesetz, der Überschrift des 8. Abschnitts, Einfügung einer neuen Überschrift vor § 53 sowie eines zweiten Unterabschnitts mit den §§ 64c bis 64j betr. Verfahren zur Feststellung des Eigenkapitals. Der öffentlichen Hand entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Regeln gegen eine Verselbständigung und den Mißbrauch des Sammelverfahrens, Vermeidung eines erneuten Aufrollens von in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen ordnungsgemäß abgeschlossenen Vermögensauseinandersetzungen, Befristung des Sammelverfahrens bis zum 31.12.1998. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Streichung des Sammelverfahrens. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft/Verbesserung der Vermögensauseinandersetzung zwischen LPG-Nachfolgeunternehmen und ausgeschiedenen Mitgliedern * Neue Bundesländer/Verbesserung der Vermögensauseinandersetzung zwischen LPG-Nachfolgeunternehmen und ausgeschiedenen Mitgliedern
