WP 1-B46) Inhalt: Ratifikation des am 28.3.1995 in Brüssel unterzeichneten Übereinkommens: Verbindliche Berücksichtigung einheitlicher Grundsätze für die Sicherheit innerhalb der WEU, Anwendung dieser Grundsätze sowohl innerstaatlich als auch im NATO-Rahmen, Umsetzung des Rechts auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung in innerstaatliches Recht.
