Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 1, 3 und 9 Seefischereigesetz: Ablösung der bisher aufgeführten Dritten Durchführungsverordnung zum Flaggenrechtsgesetz durch die nunmehr geltende Flaggenrechtsverordnung, Ersatz der Angabe Bruttoregistertonne (BRT) durch Bruttoraumzahl (BRZ) sowie des Wortes Flottenkategorie durch das Wort Flottensegment, Einräumung der Möglichkeit für die zuständigen nationalen Behörden, Fangaufwandsbeschränkungen des Gemeinschaftsrechts auch dann im Rahmen von Fangerlaubnissen durchzuführen, wenn diese nicht gleichzeitig mit mengenmäßigen Beschränkungen festgelegt worden sind. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Fischfang/Durchführung von Fangaufwandsbeschränkungen * Schiffsvermessung/Ersatz der Bruttoregistertonne (BRT) durch die Bruttoraumzahl (BRZ)
