<strong>Bezug:</strong> Der Gesetzentwurf ist textidentisch mit dem Entwurf der Fraktionen der CDU/CSU und F.D.P. auf BT-Drs 13/5584 C106; siehe auch C039, C051, C125 und D007; Abspaltung der Nebentätigkeitsregelungen durch Ausschußempfehlung und Zusammenfassung in einem eigenständigen Gesetzentwurf (s. C138 &quot;Dreizehntes Gesetz zur Änderung dienstrechtlicher Vorschriften (Zweites Nebentätigkeitsbegrenzungsgesetz)&quot;, BT-Drs 13/8079)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Vorbeugung gegen und Bekämpfung von Korruption: dienstrechtliche Regelungen betr. Nebentätigkeiten und Annahme von Geschenken, disziplinarrechtliche Regelungen, Änderungen bei den Strafvorschriften gegen Bestechung, u.a. Erweiterung der Tatbestände der Vorteilsannahme, Vorteilsgewährung, Bestechlichkeit und Bestechung, Verschärfung der Strafdrohungen, Übernahme der bisher im Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb enthaltenen Strafvorschriften in einen neuen Abschnitt &quot;Straftaten gegen den Wettbewerb&quot; des Strafgesetzbuchs, Einführung des neuen Straftatbestands &quot;wettbewerbsbeschränkende Absprachen bei Ausschreibungen&quot;; Änderung der §§ 42 und 43 Beamtenrechtsrahmengesetz, §§ 65, 66, 70 und 176a Bundesbeamtengesetz, Einfügung § 11a Bundesdisziplinarordnung und § 58a Wehrdisziplinarordnung, Änderung §§ 19 und 20 Soldatengesetz, Aufhebung § 52 Hochschulrahmengesetz, Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Strafgesetzbuch, Änderung § 74c Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz, § 374 Strafprozeßordnung, Art. 7 Abs. 2 Nr. 10 4. Strafrechtsänderungsgesetz und von § 48 Wehrstrafgesetz, Aufhebung § 12 sowie Änderung §§ 13 und 22 Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb. Es entstehen keine wesentlichen Kosten.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Zusammengeführt mit der BT-Initiative auf Drs 13/5584 (s. GESTA C106); Aufteilung des Gesetzentwurfs in den Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur Bekämpfung der Korruption und den Entwurf eines Dreizehnten Gesetzes zur Änderung dienstrechtlicher Vorschriften (Zweites Nebentätigkeitsbegrenzungsgesetz) (s.
