<b>Bezug:</b> Bodenschutzrecht der Länder Siehe auch N016 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Verbesserung des rechtlichen Instrumentariums zum Bodenschutz: Schutz vor schädlichen Bodenveränderungen, Vorsorge, Verpflichtungen zum Schutz des Bodens, insbesondere Beachtung des Bodenschutzes bei wirtschaftlicher Betätigung, Verpflichtung von Grundstückseigentümern zum Bodenschutz, Sanierungspflicht für Altlasten einschließlich Gewässerverunreinigungen, Konkretisierung der Vorsorgepflicht hinsichtlich der Landwirtschaft, spezielle Anforderungen an das Auf- und Einbringen von Materialien, u.a. Regelungen für Schutzmaßnahmen durch die Länder, Bodeninformationssysteme, Regelungen zur Beseitigung von Bodenversiegelungen, Überwachungspflichten bei Altlasten, Möglichkeit verbindlicher Sanierungspläne, Umsetzung von Sanierungsplänen durch eine Bodenschutz- und Altlastenverordnung; Bundes-Bodenschutzgesetz als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung der §§ 36 und 40 Kreislaufwirtschafts- und Abfallgesetz sowie der §§ 5 und 17 Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz.
