GESTA 12.WP 1-F34) Siehe auch F024 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinie 93/43/EWG des Rates über Lebensmittelhygiene <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung des § 56 Abs. 4 Weingesetz: Verschiebung der erstmaligen Anwendung der Bestimmungen über die mengenmäßige Begrenzung der Überlagerungsmöglichkeit von Übermengen vom Erntejahr 1997 auf das Erntejahr 2002. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Änderung der §§ 16, 50 und 56 Weingesetz: Ermächtigung zum Erlaß von Rechtsverordnungen betr. Umsetzung von EG-Vorschriften über Lebensmittelhygiene für Erzeugnisse des Weinsektors in nationales Recht, Stärkung des Verbraucherschutzes, Weiterverwendung von Einrichtungen zur Beregnung über den 31.12.1999 hinaus für weitere 10 Jahre. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Umsetzung von EG-Vorschriften über Lebensmittelhygiene für Erzeugnisse des Weinsektors * Lebensmittelhygiene/Umsetzung von EG-Vorschriften über Lebensmittelhygiene für Erzeugnisse des Weinsektors * Verbraucherschutz/Stärkung des Verbraucherschutzes im Weinsektor * Weinbau/Weiterverwendung von Einrichtungen zur Beregnung im Weinbau
