Bezug: Erste Überprüfungskonferenz zum VN-Waffenübereinkommen Siehe auch XH003 und H005 Inhalt: Ratifikation der beiden von den Teilnehmerstaaten der Überprüfungskonferenz zum VN-Waffenübereinkommen angenommenen Protokolle; Protokoll II über das Verbot oder die Beschränkung des Einsatzes von Minen, Sprengfallen und anderen Vorrichtungen: verschärfte Einsatz- und Exportbestimmungen, Verbote insbesondere für Antipersonenminen, Ausdehnung des Geltungsbereichs auf innerstaatliche Konflikte, strafrechtliche Ahndung von Verstößen; Protokoll IV über das Verbot des Einsatzes blindmachender Laserwaffen. Für den Bund entstehen geringfügige Kosten beim Vollzug des Gesetzes (u.a. Änderung von Dienstvorschriften der Bundeswehr).
