Bezug: Beschluß des Bundesmarktverbands für Fischwirtschaft, die Absatzförderung künftig durch eine noch zu gründende private Organisation zu betreiben Inhalt: Aufhebung des Fischwirtschaftsgesetzes vom 3.3.1989 und der Fischwirtschaftsverordnung vom 28.12.1992, Überleitungsvorschrift. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten. Bei der Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung werden sich Minderausgaben von rd. 237.500 DM jährlich ergeben. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Neufassungsermächtigung für das Seefischereigesetz.
