<b>Bezug:</b> Jahressteuergesetz 1997 s. D032 Siehe auch D045, D046, D047 und D048 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Verringerung des Solidaritätszuschlags entsprechend der im Entwurf zum Jahressteuergesetz 1997 (BT Drs 13/4839) vorgesehenen, nicht verabschiedeten Regelung von 7,5 v.H. auf 5,5 v.H. mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 1998; Änderung der §§ 3, 4 und 6 Solidaritätszuschlaggesetz; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen jährliche Steuermindereinnahmen in Höhe von 7,13 Mrd DM, Gegenfinanzierung durch Verringerung der Bundeszuführung an den Erblastentilgungsfonds und Verkäufe von Bundesliegenschaften.
