September 1994 unterzeichneten, auf dem Weltpostkongreß 1994 in Seoul überarbeiteten Verträge des Weltpostvereins: Fünftes Zusatzprotokoll zur Satzung des Weltpostvereins, Allgemeine Verfahrensordnung nebst Anhang, Weltpostvertrag: Regelungen zum Remailing und elektronischen Briefpostdienst, Postpaketübereinkommen, Postanweisungsübereinkommen, Postgiroübereinkommen und Postnachnahmeübereinkommen nebst Schlußprotokollen, Übertragung von Rechten und Pflichten aus dem Weltpostvertrag an die Deutsche Post AG, aus dem Postanweisungs- und Postgiroübereinkommen an die Deutsche Postbank AG.
