Achtes Gesetz zur Änderung des Arzneimittelgesetzes (G-SIG: 13020872)

Summary

<b>Inhalt:</b> Verbot des Dopings und des Versandhandels mit apothekenpflichtigen Arzneimitteln, Durchführung des Handels mit Arzneimitteln nur durch befugte Personen, insbesondere Apotheker, Auskunfts- und Prüfungspflichten der Überwachungsbehörden gegenüber Behörden anderer EU-Mitgliedstaaten, Erleichterung des Datenaustauschs zwischen den zuständigen Behörden durch ein beim DIMDI (Deutsches Institut für Medizinische Dokumentation und Information) zu errichtendes datenbankgestütztes Arzneimittelinformationssystem, Regelungen zum Umweltschutz und Datenschutz, Informationen der Behörden zu Arzneimittelrisiken und zu Verfahrensvereinfachungen bei der Arzneimittelzulassung; Änderung und Ergänzung zahlreicher §§ des Arzneimittelgesetzes, der §§ 4, 8 und 15 Gesetz über die Werbung auf dem Gebiete des Heilwesens, Neufassungsermächtigung. Dem Bund entstehen jährliche Personalkosten von etwa 250 000 DM, die durch Nutzungsentgelte der Länder (Nutzung des Informationssystems beim DIMDI) abgedeckt werden. Die Länder werden entsprechend ihrer Nutzung mit Kosten belastet.
