C 107 S. 7)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Abkoppelung der noch 1998 zu beschließenden steuerlichen Maßnahmen in einem Steuerentlastungsgesetz 1999 (sog. Vorläufergesetz): Senkung des Eingangssatzes bei der Einkommensteuer auf 23,9 v.H., Erhöhung des Kindergelds für erste und zweite Kinder auf 250 DM, Übertragung der Auszahlung auf die Familienkassen sowie Anpassung des Investitionszulagengesetzes 1996 und des Fördergebietsgesetzes an EU-rechtliche Entscheidungen; Änderung des Einkommensteuergesetzes, des Bundeskindergeldgesetzes, der Kindergeldauszahlungs-Verordnung, des Investitionszulagengesetzes 1996 sowie des Fördergebietsgesetzes.
