D004)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Steueränderungsgesetz 1998 als weiteres Vorschaltgesetz zum Steuerentlastungsgesetz 1999/2000/2002: Anpassung der Bewertung von Pensionsrückstellungen an geänderte biometrische Rechnungsgrundlagen, Verteilung notwendiger zusätzlicher Zuführungen an Pensionsrückstellungen auf drei Jahre (keine Zuführung 1998), Verlängerung der steuerlichen und handelsrechtlichen Aufbewahrungsfrist für Buchungsbelege auf zehn Jahre; Änderung §§ 6a und 52 Einkommensteuergesetz, § 147 Abgabenordnung und § 257 Handelsgesetzbuch, Einfügung § 19a in Art. 97 Einführungsgesetz zur Abgabenordnung sowie von Art. 47 Einführungsgesetz zum Handelsgesetzbuch.
