<b>Inhalt:</b> Sicherstellung der weiteren Nutzung von LPGen auf fremdem Boden errichteten Dränageanlagen, Begründung eines gesetzlichen Dauerschuldverhältnisses zwischen Anlagennutzer und Grundstückseigentümer, Aufnahme sog. "steckengebliebener" Fälle (fehlende Nutzungsverträge gem. § 459 Zivilgesetzbuch der DDR) in den Regelungsbereich des Gesetzes; Änderung der §§ 14 und 15 Meliorationsanlagengesetz.
