Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Erleichterung der Voraussetzungen für die Erlangung eines eigenständigen Aufenthaltsrechts für ausländische Ehegatten: Verkürzung der erforderlichen Ehebestandszeit von vier auf zwei Jahre, Erweiterung der Härtefallklausel; Änderung § 19 Ausländergesetz. Es entstehen nicht quantifizierbare Mehrkosten durch Fälle nicht gesicherten Lebensunterhalts. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Versagung der Verlängerung der Aufenthaltserlaubnis bei schuldhafter Inanspruchnahme von Sozialhilfe. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ehegatte/Änderung § 19 AuslG betr. eigenständiges Aufenthaltsrecht für ausländische Ehegatten
